6. What is the best glove for pitchers?
A couple of things to keep in mind when designing a glove for pitchers: First and foremost, there cannot be any white on the glove. Most of the time you can have white laces, but you still have a chance of an opposing team complaining and the umpire will potentially make the player change gloves while pitching.
You also need to think about glove size. Most pitchers will use 11.75-12.25 inch glove. This allows the pitcher to change grips inside the glove without giving away what pitch he or she will throw.
Most pitchers will use a closed web so that they have the ability to hide the grip they are using for the pitch they are throwing. As pitchers get older, opposing teams will try to look at the pitcher’s hand so that they can tell what pitch he or she is throwing.
-
7. Can I rush my glove and get it faster?
