An inside look at how our expert glove makers handcraft each and every glove. It truly is an artform!
STEP 1:
Our handcrafted gloves are constructed with the highest quality leather sourced from all over the world.
The first step in creating your glove is cutting out the pattern with our custom dies.
We then stamp each glove with the size, glove series, and our logo on the palm
After stamping is completed, we begin stitching any custom embroidery options you added to your glove.
STEP 2:
After all embroidery is complete, it's time to assemble the pieces.
This is where your glove starts to come to life! The webbing is created, the fingers are sewn together and attached to create the back shell of the glove.
Our glove makers then take the palm and back shell and sew them together inside out
STEP 3:
Once all of the pieces are sewn together, it's time to move on to lacing.
Each glove is hand laced by our expert glove makers.
They start on the pinky and work their way around the perimeter of the glove.
Lacing the web is the final step
Step 4:
The final stage in handcrafting your custom mitt is the shaping process.
During this process we work the fingers, palm, and pocket of the glove.
A final inspection is completed to ensure quality and accuracy of your order have been met!
