At Hit Run Steal we stand by our products 100%. We believe our sports equipment is the best on the market.  We offer lifetime, 1 year, and limited warranty coverage on all Hit Run Steal products (valid only to customers in the United States)

 

Lifetime warranty covers: Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects on product frames (netting not included)

 

Lifetime warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products being left up overnight or exposed to the elements (all products are designed to be taken down after each use and stored properly in a dry place)
  • Products not used as intended by manufacturer


1 year warranty covers: Our 1 year warranty covers manufacturing defects for all nets/netting, carry bag, batting tee, ball caddy, and strike zone products.

 

1 year warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products being left up overnight or exposed to the elements (all products are designed to be taken down after each use and stored properly in a dry place)
  • Products not used as intended by manufacturer

 

Limited warranty covers: Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects on all baseballs, softballs, and buckets. 

 

Limited warranty does NOT cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Cosmetic
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Products being left out overnight or exposed to the elements (all products are designed to be stored properly in a dry place)
  • Products not used as intended by manufacturer


Love your glove 30 day guarantee for custom and stock gloves covers:  Any manufacturing defects, customer specifications not met by Hit Run Steal

 

Love your glove 30 day guarantee for custom and stock gloves does NOT cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading or discoloration) 
  • Accidental damage
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Gloves being left out overnight or exposed to the elements (all products are designed to stored properly in a dry place)
  • Gloves not used as intended by manufacturer
  • Gloves treated with steam, heat, chemicals or any other treatments not recommended by Hit Run Steal
  • Broken laces will be covered for 6 months. HRS will send replacement laces to be used for glove re-lacing. Customer is responsible for having glove re-laced.
  • Gloves are no longer under any warranty 1 year after date of delivery.

 

Custom Glove cancellations or alterations:

  • Custom gloves may not be canceled or altered 24 hours after your order has been placed. Custom gloves take 7-10 weeks to be handcrafted plus additional shipping time. 

 

Products not purchased directly from Hit Run Steal or from an authorized dealer are NOT covered under the warranty. By not properly taking care of your net, you are forfeiting your right to submit a warranty claim. The original date of purchase will be used in determining the validity of all warranty claims. 

 

 

Submitting your Warranty Claim:

 

Submit all warranty claims to support@hitrunsteal.com. Proof of purchase is required.. Please allow 1-3 business days for Hit Run Steal to review and determine if your claim is eligible for warranty coverage.

Customer Name

Order Number

Shipping Address

Pictures of the damaged item

Description of the item: ie 7 X 7 Net

Description of why you are requesting a warranty claim

 

Accepted Claims: If we determine that your claim falls under our warranty, we will ship out a replacement item within 1-3 business days at no cost to you.

 

Denied Claims: If it is determined that your claim does not fall under our warranty guidelines,  you will be notified as to why your claim was denied within 1-3 business days.
