Return Policy
Full refund if your purchased item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and unused (excluding custom gloves)
No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.
All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item. No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com and given an authorization to return your item for a refund.
If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within one (1) business day.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Hit Run Steal.
Returns will be processed after the product has been returned to Hit Run Steal and inspected for quality.
If your returned item is used or damaged and we accept your return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Any unauthorized return will result in a 25% restocking fee.
