Full refund if your purchased item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and unused (excluding custom gloves, stock All-American series gloves, and batting cages)
No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.
All returns are inspected upon receipt and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if it is determined the items are used or not in new condition.
All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item. No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at email@example.com and received an authorization to return your item
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Hit Run Steal. Hit Run Steal will provide a return shipping label
Returns will be processed after the product has been returned to Hit Run Steal and inspected for quality.
If your returned item is used, damaged, or not in it's original packaging and we accept your return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Any unauthorized return will automatically result in a 25% restocking fee if accepted
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the issue and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within two (2) business days.
In stock gloves
All in stock gloves must be new and unused in order for Hit Run Steal to issue a refund. Any glove returned in used condition will not be accepted for return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned unused in stock gloves
All HRS Custom Gloves have the Love Your Glove Guarantee (please see LOVE YOUR GLOVE GUARANTEE section on our warranty page). Hit Run Steal does not accept returns on any customized product.
