Full refund if your purchased item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and unused (excluding custom gloves)
No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.
All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item. No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com and received an authorization to return your item
If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at support@hitrunsteal.com with photos of the issue and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within one (2) business day.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Hit Run Steal.
In Stock Gloves
All in stock gloves must be new and unused in order for Hit Run Steal to issue a refund. Any glove returned in used condition will not be accepted for return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned unused in stock gloves
Custom Gloves
All HRS Custom Gloves have the Love Your Glove Guarantee. Love your glove 30 day guarantee covers: Any manufacturing defects, customer specifications not met by Hit Run Steal
